Dell White, chair caner, was born and raised in Fayette County, Ohio. My grandparents were dairy farmers in the Jeffersonville area, disciplined my siblings and me to work hard, be honest and treat everyone fairly.
My grandmother taught me how to hand sew and quilt, plus the love of gardening. Those are the same fingers that love to recane a beautiful old chair or rocker, many hand made, to their original beauty.
